Duties & Responsibilities:
Find candidates that match 90% or more of our client’s experience requirements and place candidates in roles within Fortune 500 Healthcare Organizations.
Work with clients that range from healthcare tech start ups to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies.

Required Experience:
- Proven track record of success in client/customer facing roles
- Must be able to effectively communicate and drive action through your words
- Must be proficient with staffing software systems
- Self-starter
- Account Management with client interfacing experience
- Ideally be willing to also continue business development with this line of business
