CareNational is a growing healthcare recruitment firm headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team that has around 2 years experience in recruiting, sales or customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Find candidates that match 90% or more of our client’s experience requirements and place candidates in roles within Fortune 500 Healthcare Organizations.
– Work with clients that range from healthcare tech start ups to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies.
– Continue to dream big and work hard together every day!
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of success in client/customer facing roles
- Must be able to effectively communicate and drive action through your words
- Must be proficient with staffing software systems and VMS platforms
- Self-starter
- Prefer, but does NOT require prior Account Management roles with client interfacing experience
