Sales and Recruiting Intern (Paid Internship)
Position Description:
The Sales and Recruiting Intern provides resource support to help our organization grow our national client base as well as sourcing talented medical professionals working for our clients competitors or other applicable organizations within healthcare medical management.
Daily duties and responsibilities would include development of lists for our Account Management and Recruitment team of prospects by cold sourcing calls in to a variety of organizations. (Lead development) This function specifically targets new data that will allow our company access to some of the leading healthcare organization decision makers as well as talented staff level and management level recruitment prospects.
COMPENSATION: Base Wage + Commission/Bonus

- Strong communications ability/phone demeanor
- Strong written communication/documentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills (Windows, Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook etc.
- Marketing education or progress towards a Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar.
- Some office based work experience preferred.
